Here’s the thing about getting a lamp to cure resin quickly in a small space. It’s a balancing act between power and heat. We match the voltage and wattage directly to the tube length to hit that sweet spot for irradiance. For example, pairing a 400V supply with a 300mm tube lets us pack a lot of punch into a small footprint. That means faster curing for you. But more power means more heat, so we make sure the power supply and thermal management are dialed in. We also over-spec the leads and terminals so the lamp stays steady, even during those marathon print sessions. No flicker. No voltage drop. Just consistent output.
